Impact bars consist of three different parts, top cover is made of Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMW-PE).
The UHMW-PE layer provides high wear resistance and low friction, which will prolong the service life of impact bars.
The middle layer is made of high-elasticity rubber, to absorb the impact when material falls.
BAI-OTT uses a hot vulcanization method, with no possibility of separation between the UHMW-PE part and rubber part. The
T-bolt fastening system is aluminum, which enables variable fixing points throughout the length of the impact bars.
The supporting frame has three types, light-duty support frame, medium support frame, and heavy-duty support frame, it is decided by the loading capacity.
