Mining conveyor belt self adjusting secondary tungsten carbide belt cleaner

Heavy-duty secondary tungsten belt cleaner is installed bottom of the conveyor drum, used together with the primary belt cleaner, which has a self adjusting spring tensioner system to maintain close contact with the belt without damaging the belt and achieve good cleaning effect.
Wear resistant belt blade
-Bai-ott offers replacement belt cleaner blades for belt cleaning systems.  
-Split type blade design, to ensure blade is evenly contacting the conveyor belt, excellent cleaning effect.

Self-regulation tensioning system
